Kozhanov LLC provides consultation sessions, both complimentary and paid, to discuss your specific needs and explore potential solutions tailored to your business objectives within our areas of expertize. Please review the following policies governing our appointment scheduling.

We offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to understand your initial requirements and determine how we might assist you. Please review the following policies regarding this specific appointment type:

Eligibility

The complimentary consultation is available strictly on a one-time basis per individual client, per company, or per distinct case/project.

Eligibility Verification

Since eligibility cannot be automatically checked during booking, we perform a manual review after scheduling. Should we find that a complimentary consultation has already been provided related to you, your company, or the specific case, we reserve the right to convert this appointment to a paid session (subject to your agreement) or cancel the booking. We will notify you promptly if this situation arises.

Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice to reschedule your complimentary consultation without penalty. If you need to reschedule with less than 12 hours' notice, any future initial consultation arranged for this matter will be subject to our standard paid consultation terms, including the deposit requirement.

No-Show

If you do not attend your scheduled complimentary consultation and do not provide advance notice, you will forfeit the opportunity for a complimentary session for this case or future inquiries. All subsequent consultations will require booking as a paid session.

For in-depth discussions, strategic planning, technical deep dives, or ongoing project support, we offer scheduled paid consultations.

Booking Confirmation & Deposit

To secure dedicated time with our specialists, all scheduled paid consultations require a non-refundable deposit of $100 at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your appointment, ensures our specialist's time is reserved exclusively for you, and compensates for allocated resources in case of late cancellation. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your consultation service, payable on the day of the appointment.

Pricing

The total cost for paid consultation services varies on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope, complexity, duration, and specific expertise required. Pricing structures may also be influenced by broader industry changes or rising operational costs. We will discuss and agree upon the estimated cost or applicable rates with you before the consultation commences or services are performed. Any necessary price adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and manage our specialists' schedules effectively, we have a 48-hour (2 business days) cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the $100 deposit as a late cancellation fee.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your paid consultation, please provide at least 48 hours' (2 business days) notice. With sufficient notice, we will gladly transfer your $100 deposit to the new appointment date. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will unfortunately result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment slot.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled paid consultation without any prior notification (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the $100 deposit.

Repeat Missed Appointments

To maintain fairness for all clients, individuals who miss or late-cancel (providing less than 48 hours' notice) two paid appointments within a 12-month period will be required to prepay the full estimated fee for the consultation time before any future appointments can be scheduled.
